Comment here if you have any constructive criticism for my portrayal of Steve!

Steve Rogers has recruited a number of people in the city to patrol the city and protect people from monsters, and/or help out when necessary. People in his group are not intended to be monitoring what people are doing, but are supposed to come and help if someone needs them.

Steve's roughly divided the city into four different zones, and three shifts. He's going to try to have at least ONE person covering each zone at every given time. Here's the map.



There are more people than needed for the patrols, so people will NOT have to be on every single day. The more people he adds, the easier it'll be for everyone, and he'll be actively continuing to recruit, using posters that he's pasted around the city. His ultimate goal is to have overlapping zones so that everywhere is covered by two people, one of which has magical ability, at any given time.

If your character wants to participate and is not on the list below you can go ahead and assume they talked to Steve and he added you to the roster. If you want to play out the conversation, go ahead and contact Steve on his IC contact page or on any post or thread he makes in the future. If you just want to be added OOCly without playing out a thread, comment below or contact me privately.

Volunteers are divided into three groups.

1. Fighters: he front-line soldiers who do the patrols
2. Squad Leaders: Each zone has a leader in charge of coordinating the patrols in that area.
3. Non-Combatants: A small group of volunteers who don't go into the field. They monitor the network and provide support, or watch from a distance, to help give information to the fighters so they can quickly get to where they're needed.

Every volunteer that Steve doesn't already know well can expect to have Steve join them during their patrol at least once. He'll be getting to know them as well as watching them fight, making sure that they're the kind of people he can trust to do this. We can assume this has happened, though I'm happy to do some of these threads. XD

I will not be administering this in too much detail. It's just intended to be an excuse to build CR and a means to get your characters out to participate in logs and such. OOCly, just decide which zone and shift you want, and feel free to contact other people and plot around this!
