I am Marlowe Freudenberg of the Military Police, a new arrival in Ruby City. It has come to my attention that you are orchestrating patrols in this city. I would very much be interested in joining in your efforts. I believe strongly in the creation of a civil constabulary and the preservation of peace in the city. I am available daily, and at any hours you might wish, as I have no prior commitments.

As a member of the Military Police, I have completed four years of intensive military training, and my skills include hand to hand combat, the use of firearms, and proficiency with the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear.

[Steve hasn't been back long, and he's been pretty quiet since he returned. It was a hard question for him to take, though he apologized to Tony already.

Yes, ma'am. My name's Steve Rogers. Who am I speaking to?

I'd call it more of a militia, ma'am. There's no basic training, and little hierarchy, and it's volunteer only for as long and as much as someone's willing to serve. I evaluate everyone to make sure they can hold their own against the odd monster from the wilderness, and people patrol and respond to any threats that crop up.

I was told you were organizing groups to defend the city. I... I would like to know more about the requirements, if that is possible.
